• The event takes place rain or shine. If we need to interrupt programming, stage announcements will be made regarding safety procedures.

• Our security team will search all patrons at the front gate.

• Smalltown is a cashless event. Bars and Merchandise tents will accept only credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Food vendors will take cash.

• Please be mindful of the neighbors and respect quiet hours.

• You may go in and out of the venue. Please be sure your wristband is worn at all times. You will not be able to get back into the venue without your wristband - no exceptions.

• Venue Location: Riverside Park; 170 E Sackett Ave, Salida, CO 81201. For those biking, or walking, enter on E Sackett and D Street.

• Campground Location: Marvin Park Ballfields, 900 W 1st St, Salida. Follow event signage.

• There will be no specific event parking in downtown Salida, however, there is a public parking lot located between 1st and 2nd Street, west of G Street. You can also find street parking, but time limits are enforced to ensure space turnover. Please plan to walk, bike, or carpool. If you must drive, please be mindful and do not park in front of people’s driveways.

• Transferring tickets? You can transfer tickets directly in the Tixr app. If your group isn’t arriving together, please transfer each person their individual ticket, or download the PDF from your confirmation email and send tickets separately. Wristbands are non-transferable and valid for one person only for the entire weekend.

• Thursday Early Arrival: Gates open at 11:00 am. Welcome Yoga is at 6:00 pm with live music from the Deer Creek Sharp Shooters. Music goes until 10 pm (box office closes at 9 pm). You must have an Early Thursday Arrival Pass in order to attend the Thursday festivities.

• No amplified music in the campgrounds after 10 pm.

• If you are camping, you may not move your car once parked. If you have an emergency, please alert the event staff.

• You must have a festival pass in order to enter the campgrounds. 

• Thursday camping opens at 3:00 pm and closes at 9:00 pm. You will not be able to drive into your campsite after 9:00 pm on Thursday. Gates will re-open Friday morning at 9:00 am.

• You must have an Early Thursday Arrival Pass in order to enter the campgrounds on Thursday and attend the welcome festivities.

• Campers 17 and under do not need a camping pass, but must be accompanied by an adult in the campgrounds.

• Every camping spot will be clearly marked:
  Car: 20′ x 20′
  RV: 20′ x 50'

• Camping passes are per car! If you'd like to camp together, please arrive together.

• Biking or walking from the Campground? Riverside Park is about .7 miles from the Marvin Park. Follow the event signage.

Campers: Pack In/Pack Out Your Waste!
Bring your donations and/or compost to any of the camp waste drop zones.

Please do not pack: Glitter (unless biodegradable), glow sticks, single use plastic.

Remember to pack: re-usable water bottle (no glass!), re-usable utensils for use at our food vendors, rain gear and layers (avoid cotton).

Allowed in venue:

✅ Sunscreen
✅ Empty refillable water bottles to use at refillable water stations
✅ Soft-sided coolers
✅ Bags under 20” x 20” x 10” all subject to search 
✅ Tarps or coverings smaller than 6′ x 8′- you may set up these ground coverings anywhere 
✅ Strollers and wagons for kids
✅ Blankets allowed between front of house and the stage (no chairs, strollers, or wagons in this area)
✅ Chairs under 34” high set up behind the Front of House sound booth in the designated areas (No chairs, strollers, or wagons allowed between the main stage and Front of House)
✅ Personal umbrellas in the event of rain, but must be closed during performances
✅ Point-and-shoot cameras are permitted, but cannot be used to reproduce the event and must not interfere with other fans’ enjoyment of the event. Be present!
✅ Medications and prescriptions. Over the counter medications are allowed. If you bring prescription medication, please bring a valid photo ID that matches the name printed on your prescription. If you need to refrigerate any medication (including insulin), please visit the medical tent and someone will assist you

Not allowed in venue:

🚫 Dogs – you will be escorted off the grounds if you bring a pooch (ADA has specific guidelines for service animals, if you do not meet these requirements you will be denied entry)
🚫 Outside alcohol – You may bring your own to the camping areas (NO glass)
